List each child who will be participating in activities and earning badges. (Badge levels begin at preschool and go through adult)
Cost for this year will be $5 per child. This pays for our club membership with www.questclubs.com and basic supplies for meetings.
Completed forms can be brought to a meeting or emailed to nikkidonahue@verizon.net
Registration fees can be brought to a meeting (cash or check) or paid via PayPal to nikkidonahue@aol.com
Membership year will run from March 2020 through February 2021.
